Steel Solutions USA, (SSUSA) warrants to the Original End User, (excluding all others), that the SSUSA products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. SSUSA warrants to the Original End User to repair or replace at SSUSA’s discretion, any product deemed defective in material or workmanship as documented to SSUA or its Authorized Distributor within 10 years on any Steel Components and for Inset Frame Doors. Any High Pressure Laminate (HPL) or Thermofoil components are warranted for 5 years. The SSUSA products must be installed by an Authorized SSUSA Distributor or Authorized Installation Company for the Warranty to be in effect.
This warrant is void for any damages that are incurred due to everyday wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation. SSUSA’s liability for component parts or materials manufactured by others included in or sold as finished products shall be limited to the warranty of the component manufacturer. Damage caused by common carrier during shipment is not considered a warranty claim.
All labor costs for replacement or on-site repair is included within this warranty provided the work performed is completed by an Authorized Steel Solutions Distributor or an Authorized Installation Company. For more information, please contact us today.
