Installation #3:   Lab Area

This installation showcases Steel Solutions’ ability to provide powder coated steel cabinets with a thermofoil outer appearance. The benefits of both – the strength of steel with the surface warmth of thermofoil – come together in perfect harmony. Double-sided lab benches with independently adjustable shelves on solution wall systems allow for need specific flexibility. This lab includes several workstation areas and peninsula worktops. All casework comes standard with soft-close drawers to minimize cabinet drawer noise in the working environment.

Although laminate furniture is suitable for dry applications, it becomes a disadvantage when used in high moisture areas, especially where liquid spills can accumulate at the base of cabinets. That is why we do not offer anything but steel toekicks on our cabinets to ensure your cabinets always have a firm foundation.
